I Know He's a Muslim But He's My Friend...

So you think. Here is an incident that happened when Mohammed was alive and running things.

This is an incident that happened after Mohammed had laid seige on a Jewish town and got an un-conditional surrender from them. That wasn't enough so he found a poet, K'ab bin Al-Ashraf, had written something he (Mohammed) considered derogatory about Muslim women.

He asked his followers if there is one among them who would kill the poet who had 'hurt allah and his apostle.'

Finally a young man named Muhammad bin Maslama agreed to kill the poet.

He asked Muhammed if he would be permitted to lie in order to deceive the poet so he could have him walk into an ambush and he could do the job of killing him.

"The Prophet granted him this permission and Mahammad bin Maslama duly deceived and murdered K'ab."

After the murder, Muhammed issued a blanket command: "Kill any Jew that falls into your power."

After that order, a young Muslim man named Muhayissa killed the Jewish merchant, Ibn Sunayna, who had social and business relations with the Muslims. The killers' brother, Huwayissa, who was not yet a Muslim, rebuked his brother for killing the innocent merchant. He railed (oops)AT HIS BROTHER FOR KILLING THE MERCHANT IN COLD BLOOD AND THE KILLER TOLD HIS BROTHER, "HAD THE ONE WHO ORDERED ME TO KILL HIM ORDERED ME TO KILL YOU, I WOULD HAVE CUT YOUR HEAD OFF."

The killers' brother was so impressed that he, too, became a Muslim. He said, "By God, a religion which can bring you to this is marvelous!"

The rest, of course, is history. Nothing has changed since then except we (Christians and Americans)have gotten stupider and more cowardly. (Where's Ronald Reagan and Teddy Roosevelt and John Kennedy and Harry Truman when you need them!)

I had already read up on the history of Islam so much of it is no surprise to me.

Communists said, "We will bury you!" 'oops' That didn't happen even though they tried for almost 90 years before they gave up. The Muslims have been at it for 1400 years and will never give up! Not until they're dead! Scary, ain't it?

Now, if you have a Muslim friend, by all means go on (at your peril) and be friends with him. But remember Mohammeds' words, "Kill any Jew that falls into your power." (The same goes with Christians) And remember, Mohammed gave permission to "lie and deceive" in order to kill an enemy. (Anyone not a Muslim) Have a nice day!
