Iran offers (US) 'help' as Iraq violence rages...

Just a few typical headlines with links of some articles that might be of interest to some of you.
They start with Iran (you remember; that country we were going to take out on August 29th if they didn't stop making an atomic bomb to use on us and Israel?--go figure) offering us help in Iraq and end with Chavez of Venezuela promising to do away with us. Funny, ain't it?

I have to wonder where our president stands on all of this. Now his own daughters aren't safe in Latin America.

What the hell has happened to this once powerful and respected Nation? And we now have a Muslim in congress. That's a start, I guess. Oh, well...
