Bush warns of 'war on humanity'
Islam, the 'religion' that was thought up by an Arab named Mohammed because he thought Arabs needed their own religion. Those are his words, not mine.
Islam; the 'religion' that was invented specifically to kill Jews and Christians.
One of Mohammeds' laws was that Arabs could no longer rob each other; could only rob Jews and Christians.(and other non-Arabs)
Maybe GW is beginning to understand that now. Maybe now we can start to really defend ourselves properly.
You know, deport all Muslims who won't make a solemn pledge of support and allegiance to the United States as it is now; i.e., a Nation founded on Christian ethics and morality.
Those of you who don't agree with that statement, please go back and study the drafters of our Constitution and Bill of Rights. Or just go with the terrorists, back to the lands they took from other people by slaughtering them without mercy!
Anyone who believes Muslims have as much right to their 'religion' here in this Nation, needs to be re-educated somewhere else. Maybe in Iraq where they kill each other for no reason except power. Or Saudi Arabia where you'll literally lose your head for reading your Bible. You know, our Saudi friends!
We now have something to decide. That is, what will we do to insure the security and freedom of our Nation. Let's make up our minds.
Later...

I think POTUS still makes a distinction between Islamist and Islamofascist. Al Qaeda does not include my buddy Akram. It will take Muslims to help fight this war.
I think Islam is a wrong religion. The Koran does contain horrible stuff. But I can’t paint with a broad brush here. And I don’t think W does either.
On a political level, I am a big Israel supporter. I think they should be allowed to kill their enemies at will. I think the US should go to war with Iran and Syria. But I don’t want to rid the world of Muslims with weapons. I do however want to rid the world of Fascist that way.
For some reason I want to call W El Cid.
All I have to do is read the Koran to not trust Muslims. There are, of course, nice people of the Muslim faith but if push comes to shove, they should never be trusted with this nations' security. They are Muslims first, Americans second. Our Bible, the New Testament, doesn't tell us to not be friends with anyone as the Koran does concerning Jews and Christians.
My brush is very broad concerning Islam. Muslims read the same thing I do in the Koran and still choose to follow it. That is enough for me. There is no fence around this trailer.
BTW: Weapons are what recruited converts to Islam in the beginning. Except for the Christian Crusades, we'd all be wearing abayas, headscarves and turbans!
If we wipe out a few people we will suspend terrorist activities for a few years. I'm nowhere close to ready to blow up a big black rock.
This is just a guess, but, I don't think Jim likes or trusts muslims.
I tend to agree with him except I do believe there are good muslims. BUT, these muslims are the ones that reject the hatred passages of the koran.
Remember the 10 commandments? We would not need God to tell us not to do those things if it were not for some people who will do them.
The koran can tell a muslim to slay all infidels, but a lot of muslims will reject it. Those that don't, well then, we should kill them.
Isn't life simple?
The tough thing here is that we are counting on people to not take certain teachings from the Koran literally.
There will always be fanatics. Islam does have more of them than anyone else. Still the majority of Muslims are normal people.
But you cannot argue with the truth. The Crusades did stop the European conquest. Even so, the Moorish conquest were largely driven by fascism.
Fascist use religion. Hitler used Nordic mythology. Hirohito used Shinto. They played religious smorgasbord. Using what they could to accomplish their evil goals. The terrible trouble is that the Koran has plenty that Fascist can use.
Nobody ever said this would be easy.
You keep talking about these *hatred passages* in the Koran. I haven't read it myself, but it's on the list (looks like it's time to bump it up that list..) But I have read the Old Testament. Have you read that? What about the hatred passages in there? The mandatory killing of adulterers (Leviticus 20:10), an eye for an eye, and all that jazz. Oh, and that homosexuals should also be killed (Leviticus 20:13) It is impossible to imagine Jesus Christ calling for any of these hateful things. In fact Christ came along to tell everybody to stop this abominable behaviour. But since the Jews deny that Christ was the Messiah, what do they care what he says about that stuff?
OK. So Sandy, you say there are good Muslims but they are the ones who reject the hatred passages in the Koran, so what about the hatred passages in the Old Testament, the Torah, the Jewish holy book? If you were a Christian wouldn't you be obliged to lump the Jews and the Muslims together? What is the difference? They both deny Christ.
And jc (I will refrain from making any comment on those initials!) you say that all you have to do is read the Koran to not trust Muslims. But by that same logic, you would also have to say that all you have to do is read the Old Testament to not trust Jews.
Blah blah. On and on. Ah! So that's why they say never to bring up politics or religion in polite company!
stratu, I said I believe there are good muslims and I believe there's good jews, christians, agnostics and atheists.
I guess what I'm saying, there's good and bad people everywhere. I don't take anything at face value.
Maybe Teddy Roosevelt had the right answer. "Walk softly but carry a big stick."
I know I don't have all the answers. I do know I don't trust any religion that creates such hatred as we see in the muslim world.
Who the HELL ever said this is polite company!!! You’re talking to West Texans for crying out loud!
Stratu you do make a good point. God gave his Holy Nation a bunch of tough laws. You must however understand that an eye for an eye contextually means that punishments should not exceed their crime. All of the laws regarding the death penalty were a big deal to God.
Later in the new testament the same offenses were dealt with differently. Because the Christians were under a new Law and non believers were only under natural law.
Historically the only religious group Jews sought after and executed for their beliefs was the Christians.
The current nation of Israel only responds to acts of terrorism.
Most of the terrorism committed in the last 20 years was done by Muslims. Therefore, I respect Jim’s opinions even though we don’t completely agree.
You Australians have lost folks to Islamofascist too. I’m glad both of our countries are committed to wiping out this fascism the same way we wiped out Hitler, Mussolini and Hirohito.
The commandment I usually quote is from the Koran: Dinner Table:5.51] "O you who believe! do not take the Jews and the Christians for friends; they are friends of each other; and whoever amongst you takes them for a friend, then surely he is one of them; surely Allah does not guide the unjust people."
I've read much of the Koran and frankly, most of it makes no sense to me. It's gibberish, mostly. You'll see if you read it.
As for stoning adulterers in the Old Testament, that was for breaking the law, like our punishment now of lethal injection for a capitol crime. And it was universal, everyone in that part of the world (Jews and Arabs)recognized and did it.
In this age, Islam still commands the hands of thieves be cut off. (and feet in some cases)
The biggest problem with Muslims is they don't study the Koran for themselves. Most of them just blindly believe and follow the imams and Muslim holy men. If you study the history of Islam, you'll see Mohammed was a real nut case who thought up his religion specifically to get back at Jews and Christians.
I don't know of any commandments in the Old Testament that orders people be killed just because they are of a different religion. As I recall, most of the wars was for property. Even Moses was sent to Egypt only to free the Jews from Egyptian bondage.
When I see and hear the majority of Muslims publicly state they are against all terrorists and will act to defend this Nation and the free world from all terrorists, particularly Islamic terrorist, which is what almost all terrorists are, I might begin to trust them. But that will never happen. Now, let's all hold our breaths and wait for that to happen. Ready...?...Go!
BTW: I myself am a Christian and not bound by anything in the old law except the ten commandments. I can even eat corn without washing my hands first and I love pickled pigs knuckles.
Jim, I don't think your bound in law by the 10 commanments. I know I work on Saturday before sundown. I still sanctify time for God following the same principle. The rest are all in line with new testament teaching.
Since my retirement, everyday is my Sabbath. 'chuckle'
